Kelimetik ("uygulama"), İngilizce kelime öğrenmeye yönelik bir mobil ve web
uygulamasıdır (kelimetik-dongel.web.app).

kullanıldığını ve haklarınızın neler olduğunu açıklar.
Özet:Manuel profil kullanırsanız kelime
öğrenme ilerlemeniz (seriler, öğrenilen kelimeler, seçilenler, başarımlar,
günlük istatistikler) yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır ve hiçbir sunucuya
gönderilmez. Google ile giriş yaparsanız aynı ilerleme,
cihazlar arası erişim için Google hesabınıza bağlı olarak Cloud Firestore'da
güvenli biçimde yedeklenir. Uygulamayı hesap oluşturmadan da tamamen
kullanabilirsiniz.
1. Topladığımız veriler
a) Profil oluşturma
Manuel profil: Yalnızca kendi seçtiğiniz bir isim ve bir
emoji avatar kullanılır. Bu bilgi cihazınızda kalır, bize veya üçüncü bir
tarafa gönderilmez.
Google ile giriş (isteğe bağlı): Tercih ederseniz Google
hesabınızla giriş yapabilirsiniz. Bu durumda Firebase Authentication
aracılığıyla Google hesabınızın adı, e-posta adresi ve profil fotoğrafı
URL'si alınır ve profilinizi tanımlamak için kullanılır.
b) Öğrenme ilerlemesi
Manuel profilde: Kelime serileri, öğrenilen kelimeler,
"Seçilen Kelimeler" listesi, günlük pratik istatistikleri, günlük seri ve
başarımlar yalnızca cihazınızdaki yerel bir veritabanında (mobilde SQLite,
web'de tarayıcının yerel depolaması) saklanır ve hiçbir sunucuya gönderilmez.
Uygulamayı silmek, tarayıcı verilerini temizlemek veya cihaz değiştirmek bu
ilerlemenin kaybolmasına yol açar.
Google ile giriş yaptığınızda: Aynı ilerleme verisi,
cihazlar arası erişim için Google hesabınıza (Firebase kullanıcı kimliği)
bağlı olarak Cloud Firestore'da yedeklenir. Farklı bir cihazda aynı hesapla
giriş yaptığınızda ilerlemeniz geri yüklenir; iki cihazın verisi kayıpsız
biçimde birleştirilir. Bu yedeği silmek için ilgili profili uygulamadan
silebilir (madde 4) veya bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
c) Geri bildirim
Ayarlar menüsündeki "Geri Bildirim" ekranından bir çeviri hatası
bildirdiğinizde veya genel bir öneri gönderdiğinizde; gönderdiğiniz
metin, ilgili kelime bilgisi, profil adınız ve dahili profil kimliğiniz
Cloud Firestore veritabanımıza kaydedilir. Bu kayıtlar yalnızca
eklenebilir; uygulama üzerinden geri okunamaz, düzenlenemez veya
silinemez.
d) Çökme ve tanılama verileri
Mobil uygulama beklenmedik şekilde kapanırsa, Firebase Crashlytics
aracılığıyla cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, uygulama sürümü ve hata
yığın izlemesi (stack trace) otomatik olarak toplanır. Bu, yalnızca
uygulamanın yayınlanan (release) sürümlerinde etkindir ve hataları
düzeltmemize yardımcı olur.
e) Bildirimler
Mobildeki günlük hatırlatma bildirimi tamamen cihazınızda, yerel olarak
zamanlanır. Bu özellik için hiçbir veri cihazınızdan dışarı gönderilmez
ve ayarlar menüsünden istediğiniz zaman kapatabilirsiniz.
f) Reklamlar ve çerezler
Mobil uygulama: Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK)
aracılığıyla banner, geçiş (interstitial) ve ödüllü (rewarded) reklamlar
gösterir. AdMob, reklam sunmak ve performansını ölçmek amacıyla cihazınızın
reklam kimliğini (Advertising ID) ve IP adresini kullanır.
Web uygulaması (kelimetik-dongel.web.app): Google AdSense
aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Google dahil üçüncü taraf satıcılar, sizin bu
siteye ve internetteki diğer sitelere yaptığınız ziyaretlere dayalı olarak
reklam sunmak için çerezler kullanır. Google'ın reklam
çerezi (ör. DoubleClick), Google ve iş ortaklarının önceki ziyaretlerinize
göre size reklam göstermesine olanak tanır.
Kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları
Google Reklam Ayarları
üzerinden devre dışı bırakabilir; üçüncü taraf satıcıların çerezlerini ise
www.aboutads.info
adresinden yönetebilirsiniz.
Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'deki kullanıcılara,
reklam kişiselleştirmesi için (mobilde Google'ın Kullanıcı Mesajlaşma
Platformu — UMP, web'de eşdeğer onay mekanizması aracılığıyla) bir onay

2. Verilerin kullanım amacı
Uygulamanın temel işlevlerini (kelime pratiği, ilerleme takibi) sağlamak
Google ile giriş yapan kullanıcılar için profilinizi tanımlamak ve ilerlemeyi cihazlar arası senkronlamak

3. Üçüncü taraflarla paylaşım
Verileriniz, uygulamanın altyapısını sağlayan
Google Firebase
hizmetleri (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics) ve reklamları
sunan Google AdMob / Google AdSense
dışında hiçbir üçüncü tarafla paylaşılmaz veya satılmaz. Reklam ağlarına
aktarılan veri, madde 1.f'de açıklanan reklam kimliği, IP adresi ve reklam
çerezleriyle sınırlıdır.
4. Verilerinizin silinmesi
Uygulama içinde, profil seçim ekranından istediğiniz zaman bir profili ve
ona ait tüm yerel ilerleme verisini (seriler, seçilenler, istatistikler,
başarımlar) kalıcı olarak silebilirsiniz.
Gönderdiğiniz bir geri bildirimin silinmesini talep etmek için aşağıdaki
e-posta adresinden bizimle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.
5. Çocukların gizliliği
Kelimetik, İngilizce öğrenen her yaştan kullanıcıya yöneliktir. Kişisel
bilgi paylaşmak istemeyen kullanıcılar (özellikle çocuklar) e-posta
gerektirmeyen "Manuel profil" seçeneğini kullanabilir. Google ile giriş
Google'ın kendi hesap ve yaş politikalarına tabidir; 13 yaş altındaki
çocuklar için ebeveyn gözetimi önerilir. Uygulamada gösterilen reklamların
içerik derecelendirmesi Genel Kitleler (G) ile sınırlandırılmıştır.
6. Bu politikadaki değişiklikler

Kelimetik ("the app") is a mobile and web application for learning English
vocabulary (kelimetik-dongel.web.app).
This page explains what data is collected while you use the app, how it is
used, and what your rights are.
Summary: If you use a manual profile, your
learning progress (streaks, mastered words, selected words, achievements,
daily statistics) is stored only on your device and is never sent to any
server. If you sign in with Google, the same progress is
securely backed up to Cloud Firestore, tied to your Google account, so you
can access it across devices. You can use the app fully without creating an
account.
1. Data we collect
a) Creating a profile
Manual profile: Only a name you choose yourself and an
emoji avatar are used. This information stays on your device and is not
sent to us or any third party.
Sign in with Google (optional): If you prefer, you can
sign in with your Google account. In that case, through Firebase
Authentication your Google account's name, email address and profile photo
URL are obtained and used to identify your profile.
b) Learning progress
With a manual profile: Word streaks, mastered words, the
"Selected Words" list, daily practice statistics, your daily streak and
achievements are stored only in a local database (SQLite on mobile, the
browser's local storage on web) and are not sent to any server. Deleting the
app, clearing browser data or changing devices causes this progress to be
lost.
When you sign in with Google: The same progress data is
backed up to Cloud Firestore, tied to your Google account (Firebase user
ID), so you can access it across devices. When you sign in with the same
account on a different device, your progress is restored and the data from
both devices is merged without loss. To delete this backup, you can delete
the relevant profile in the app (section 4) or contact us.
c) Feedback
When you report a translation error or send a general suggestion from the
"Feedback" screen in the Settings menu, the text you submit, the related
word information, your profile name and your internal profile ID are
saved to our Cloud Firestore database. These records are append-only; they
cannot be read back, edited or deleted through the app.
d) Crash and diagnostic data
If the mobile app closes unexpectedly, the device model, operating system
version, app version and error stack trace are automatically collected via
Firebase Crashlytics. This is enabled only in released (release) builds of
the app and helps us fix bugs.
e) Notifications
The daily reminder notification on mobile is scheduled entirely locally on
your device. No data leaves your device for this feature, and you can turn
it off at any time from the Settings menu.
f) Advertising and cookies
Mobile app: Shows banner, interstitial and rewarded ads
through Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK). To serve ads and measure
ad performance, AdMob uses your device's Advertising ID and IP address.
Web app (kelimetik-dongel.web.app): Shows ads through
Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies
to serve ads based on your visits to this site and other sites on the
internet. Google's advertising cookie (e.g. DoubleClick) enables Google and
its partners to serve ads to you based on your prior visits.
Users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are
shown a consent screen for ad personalization (on mobile via Google's User
Messaging Platform — UMP, and on web via an equivalent consent mechanism).

2. Purpose of data use
Providing the app's core features (word practice, progress tracking)
Identifying your profile and syncing progress across devices for users who sign in with Google
Reviewing the feedback you send to improve content/app quality
Detecting and fixing app bugs (Crashlytics)
Showing ads and measuring ad performance (AdMob / AdSense)
3. Sharing with third parties
Your data is not shared with or sold to any third party other than
Google Firebase
services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Crashlytics), which provide the
app's infrastructure, and
Google AdMob / Google AdSense,
which serve the ads. The data transferred to the ad networks is limited to the
Advertising ID, IP address and advertising cookies described in section 1.f.
4. Deleting your data
Within the app, from the profile selection screen you can permanently
delete a profile and all of its local progress data (streaks, selected
words, statistics, achievements) at any time.
To request deletion of feedback you have sent, you can contact us at the
email address below.
5. Children's privacy
Kelimetik is intended for English learners of all ages. Users who do not
want to share personal information (especially children) can use the
"Manual profile" option, which requires no email. Signing in with Google is
subject to Google's own account and age policies; parental supervision is
recommended for children under 13. The content rating of the ads shown in
the app is limited to General Audiences (G).
6. Changes to this policy
This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes
will be published on this page and the "last updated" date at the top of the
page will be changed.
